Michael Birkett

Michael Birkett is a skilled and committed youth and family counsellor. Providing this critical service to the community, he has helped numerous families navigate complex mental health situations and resource systems in addition to providing individual counselling services.

Mike keeps a time open every week (Thursdays from 10:30-12), for drop-in sessions or urgent appointment needs. Referrals can be made through family services at https://saltspringcommunityservices.ca/child-and-youth-questionnaire-youth-submission/

Michael also facilitates a supportive Dungeons and Dragons group for High School aged participants (Gr.8-12) who attend school periodically, are interested in playing DND and would wish to work on connecting with others in a very supportive environment through Community Services.
