Our Adapted Program (AP) is an accessible version of a hybrid Gymnastics/Circus class. This self guided exploratory class is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with additional needs, including those with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, and other neurodivergences.

The program values accessibility and accommodates the unique needs of each participant through smaller class sizes, a quieter room and less structure, along with the flexibility of having a supportive adult join.  Youth must be accompanied by a parent or other supportive adult.  Adults are required to participate directly alongside their participant.
